- Ideally, several years of professional experience in the automotive field and good knowledge in battery system development or validation
- Ideally, solid basic knowledge in the technology area of "battery systems"
- Ideally, experience with the following tools: ETAS (INCA), VECTOR (CANalyzer, CANoe), PYTHON script programming
- Hlavní zodpovědnosti: 
- Technical coordination of design verification tests on battery systems
- Collaboration with internal and external experts from battery development and test institutes
- Tracking timely and professional test execution
- Test evaluation and report generation, as well as support in change and concern management
- Implementation and calibration of battery systems on test benches
- Fault analysis in close coordination with test institutes and component managers
- Development and alignment of test strategies, test plans, and test specifications for future battery systems
- Jazyková vybavenost: Good German & English language skills
- Další požadavky: Willingness to travel for business trips (the place of work is Mlada Boleslav), High level of organizational skills, strong communication, and technical skills, Independent and self-reliant working style
